7-Day Refund Guarantee
You can request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The robotic arm does not function properly out of the box.
- Parts arrived broken, defective, or missing.
- There are assembly issues due to manufacturing errors.
What’s Not Covered
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Damage caused by incorrect assembly or modifications after delivery.
- Wear and tear from use.
- Issues resulting from third-party software, firmware, or power supply misuse.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at [awantika@partabot.com] within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photos or video of the issue.
- Our team will review and offer a refund, replacement part, or full replacement.
The seller is at full discretion of deciding what will be returned.
Shipping
- Return shipping costs are covered by us if the product is damaged or defective.
- Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return or confirm the issue.
